This is pretty much how my chicken looks. Plain! Eating healthier has steered me to pretty much eating eggs or chicken. I can prepare my eggs differently to keep things interesting but I struggle with chicken. I don’t like spicy so that limits me a little. I found a spice at Costco that tastes pretty good but that being the only thing I know I am getting burned out on it. I need help in this area. I tried a salt free lemon pepper spice but I didn’t think it was very good. Maybe the brand was bad?? If anyone has any ideas or have some healthy chicken recipes they are willing to share please send them my way.
I am also open to healthy meals as well that don’t involve chicken!
